These terms govern your use of Acclaire. They are a starting template and should be reviewed before launch.
Using the service
Acclaire lets people nominate, shortlist, and vote within recognition contests. By using it you agree to take part fairly and lawfully.
Accounts
You sign in with a verified email and a magic link. You are responsible for activity that takes place under your email.
Fair participation
One verified email may cast one ballot per category. Do not attempt to vote more than once, to manipulate results, or to nominate people in bad faith. We may review and correct records to protect the integrity of a contest.
Nominations and finalists
Only submit details you are entitled to share. Finalists appear publicly only after giving consent and can be removed on request.
Availability
The service is provided as is. We may change or pause features, and we are not liable for indirect or incidental loss arising from use of the service.
